At Kinvent, social responsibility is more than a principle – it’s a commitment we put into action. During the holiday season, a time often associated with generosity and togetherness, we launched two Christmas solidarity initiatives to support those in need.
Throughout the month, Kinvent employees were mobilized aroung actions designed to bring comfort, joy, and human connection. Whether through donating toys for children or preparing Christmas gift boxes for adults, everyone had the chance to contribute in their own way. These collective efforts remind us that meaningful impact often starts with simple gestures, shared with intention.
Two Charity Drives, One Shared Purpose
To allow everyone to participate according to their preferences, we organized two separate Christmas collections. Employees were free to take part in one or both initiatives.
Toy Collection for Children – With “Le Gang des Lutins”
Through a toy collection, our teams helped ensure that babies, children and teenagers could also experience the magic of Christmas. By offering games and soft toys, employees contributed to creating moments of joy, laughter, and wonder – simple moments that can mean everything during the holiday season.
To facilitate sorting and redistribution, toys were placed unwrapped in the designated collection boxes.
This initiative aimed to ensure that children from underprivileged backgrounds could also experience the magic of Christmas – because every child deserves moments of joy and wonder.
Christmas Gift Boxes for Adults – With Secours Populaire
Kinvent employees prepared Christmas gift boxes designed to provide warmth, essential items, and small comforts. Beyond the contents of each box, these gifts carried messages of kindness and solidarity, reminding people in need that they are not alone.
Each Box Could Include:
- A warm clothing item (scarf, gloves, hat, etc.)
- A treat with a long shelf life (chocolate, biscuits, sweets)
- A personal note or kind message
- A leisure item (game, notebook, puzzle book, etc.)
- A hygiene product (shower gel, toothpaste, cream, etc.)
- Any additional thoughtful item
For safety reasons, boxes could not contain dangerous objects or items considered weapons (e.g., razors).
To help with distribution, contributors were asked to indicate whether the box was intended for a man or a woman.
A Collective Effort Until December 15
What truly stood out throughout these initiatives was the collective energy within the company. Employees exchanged ideas, encourages one another, and took the time to participate – reinforcing a strong sense of belonging and shared values. These actions perfectly reflect Kinvent’s culture: a company where innovation goes hand in hand with humanity.
These initiatives perfectly illustrate Kinvent’s CSR commitments:
- Supporting local and national solidarity organizations
- Encouraging employee engagement in social causes
- Promoting empathy, inclusion, and responsibility
Because Small Gestures Make a Big Difference
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part. Through these actions, Kinvent once again demonstrated that solidarity, kindness, and collective responsibility are at the heart of our values.
Together, we can help make the holiday season brighter – for everyone.
