With a background in event communication and an international mindset, Y-Vy brings structure, energy, and meaning to every project she leads.

An international path shaped by communication and events

Y-Vy Nguyen built her career at the crossroads of international management, communication, and event strategy.

After studying international management, she went on to complete a specialized master’s degree in event communication and e-reputation. Before joining Kinvent, she worked in a wide range of environments, from banking to HR and employer branding, from a social catering company to the tech world, and even at CCI France in Vietnam, where she organized events such as galas, workshops, and contests.

This diverse experience gave her a strong ability to adapt, coordinate, and communicate across cultures and industries.

Creating experiences that reflect Kinvent’s vision

Today, Y-Vy is Event & Communication Project Manager at Kinvent.

Her role is centered around the organization of:

trade shows in France and internationally
workshops hosted by Kinvent
internal and external seminars
broader event-related communication initiatives

It is a highly cross-functional position, involving logistics, vendor management, coordination between teams, and event preparation both locally and abroad.

But beyond the organizational side, Y-Vy sees her role as something bigger.

“My job is also to showcase Kinvent as a whole, not just our sensors, but our ecosystem, our journey, our vision, and what makes us strong.”

A role with no routine

What Y-Vy enjoys most is the diversity of her day-to-day work.

“There’s never any routine. One day I’m at a trade show, the next I’m in meetings with vendors, and then organizing an event.”

This constant movement, combined with the need to adapt quickly, is exactly what motivates her.

“It’s a very dynamic job, and that’s what I love.”

A multicultural company with meaningful impact

For Y-Vy, one of Kinvent’s greatest strengths is its multicultural environment.

“We work with teams and partners all over the world, which is incredibly enriching both personally and professionally.”

She also highlights the meaning behind Kinvent’s mission. Promoting solutions that have a real impact on health and rehabilitation, from everyday users to elite athletes, gives a clear sense of purpose to her work.

A first distributor seminar to remember

When asked about her best memory at Kinvent, Y-Vy doesn’t hesitate: the company’s first distributor seminar.

Kinvent works with distributors around the world, but this event created an opportunity to truly connect, share a common vision, and strengthen relationships.

“The goal was to build connections and share our ambitions.”

The seminar also allowed distributors to visit Kinvent’s factories, helping deepen mutual understanding and align ways of working across cultures.

“It was an intense project, but today it’s a fantastic memory.”
