At Kinvent, we believe that performance, innovation, and wellbeing start with people. As the end-of-year festivities approached, we were delighted to organize a special internal event dedicated to what matters most: family, togetherness, and shared joy. Our Children’s Day (Journée des Enfants) combined with a Christmas Afterwork for employees perfectly embodied our company culture – warm, inclusive, and people-first.
This festive afternoon was designed to bring together employees, their children, and the wider Kinvent community in a joyful and creative atmosphere, reinforcing our commitment to work-life balance and employee wellbeing.

The Children’s Day welcomed employees’ children for a fun-filled and creative afternoon.

The program was carefully designed to engage children of all ages:

Secret Santa & Christmas Afterwork for Employees
Once the children’s activities came to an end, the celebration continued with a Christmas Afterwork dedicated to Kinvent employees.
To mark the occasion, we organized a Secret Santa, giving everyone the chance to exchange thoughtful (and sometimes playful!) gifts. The presents were opened during the afterwork, creating moments of surprise, smiles, and shared laughter.
