As part of our U.S. expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate adoption across sports performance centers, physical therapy clinics, and elite athletic environments in California and Texas.
Export Business Developer – Eastern Europe: Your Responsabilities
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for prospecting, account management, establishing new partnerships, and direct sales to drive company growth and international expansion.
- Identify and prospect new potential clients to grow the business portfolio
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements in line with company objectives
- Use CRM tools to track client interactions and manage opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align commercial initiatives and promote our products/services
- Manage business development projects, ensuring rigorous follow-up on all actions taken
- Maintain excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to build loyalty with existing clients.
Candidate Profile
You are the right fit for this position if:
- You have significant experience in business development, sales, or negotiation, specifically in an international B2B environment working with distributors
- You are proficient in Salesforce as well as other CRM software
- You possess proven skills in project management and client relationship management
- You have a very high level of proficiency in English and Spanish
- You are proactive in developing marketing strategies tailored to market needs
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and adaptability
- You enjoy teamwork.
