We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Developer to join our export team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in our growth strategy — building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving international expansion.

Responsabilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, account management, building new partnerships, and driving direct sales to support the company’s growth and international expansion.

  • Identify and prospect new potential clients to expand the business portfolio

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies

  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements in line with company objectives

  • Use the CRM to track client interactions and manage opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align business initiatives and promote our products/services

  • Manage projects related to business development, ensuring close follow-up on all actions taken

  • Maintain excellent client relationship management to foster customer loyalty

Preferred experience

You’re a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have solid experience in business development, sales, or negotiation, ideally in international B2B environments working with distributors

  • Are proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools

  • Demonstrate strong project management and customer relationship management skills

  • Have an excellent command of English and Spanish

  • Contribute ideas and help shape marketing strategies tailored to market needs

  • Possess excellent interpersonal, listening, and adaptability skills

  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team

This position involves up to 30% international travel.
