Anastasia is many things at once: a physicist, a mother, an optimist, a problem-solver, and someone who always finds a reason to smile. And if there’s one word that defines her journey at Kinvent, it’s movement.

A journey that doesn’t follow straight lines

Before joining Kinvent, Anastasia’s career path was anything but traditional—and that’s exactly what makes it powerful.

She started out creating sweets in a small confectionery shop, working with chocolate, whipped cream, and sugar paste (yes, literally making people happy). At the same time, she was also sharing her knowledge as a math and science tutor for students from primary school to high school. Creativity and logic. Precision and imagination. Two worlds that, in hindsight, fit perfectly with what she does today.

“I’m a physicist,” she says, “but I’ve always loved learning, teaching, and creating.”

That openness to growth and change is what brought her to Kinvent—and what allowed her to evolve inside the company.

Keeping the wheels turning: Anastasia’s role at Kinvent

Today_toggle: Anastasia is Logistics Supervisor, a role that sits right at the heart of Kinvent’s operations.

Her mission?
Make sure everything moves smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

On a daily basis, she:

• Manages shipping and receiving processes
  
• Monitors inventory and logistics KPIs
  
• Schedules raw material pickups
  
• Handles customs procedures (imports, exports, and special cases)
  
• Takes care of key administrative tasks that keep the organization running
  

In short: if a product arrives where it should, when it should—there’s a good chance Anastasia had a hand in it.

No two days alike—and that’s exactly the point

Ask Anastasia what she loves most about her job, and the answer comes quickly:

“Each day is different. No chance to be bored at the office.”

New challenges. New urgencies. New problems to solve. Logistics is a constant puzzle—and that’s precisely what keeps her energized. She thrives in environments where adaptability matters, where quick thinking is essential, and where every solved issue directly improves the company’s performance.

For Anastasia, routine isn’t motivating. Progress is.

“You see a lot of smiling faces at work,” she says. “Even on Mondays.”

She started on the production floor, moved into packaging, and now leads logistics. Each step brought new skills, new responsibilities, and new confidence.

Looking back, she sees this evolution as one of her biggest achievements:

“I couldn’t be more grateful for all I’ve learned.”

One of her proudest professional milestones has been keeping logistics KPIs at an excellent level—eliminating mistakes, improving processes, and pushing performance higher every day. But when asked about her greatest success, she doesn’t talk about numbers.

She talks about people.

“Having a great team that makes me what I am in Kinvent—true partners and mentors.”

Making memories while building the future

Choosing a single best memory at Kinvent? Impossible.

K-Event 2024. Birthday surprises. Barbecues in the yard. Painting the office. Climbing on boxes. Laughing, working, celebrating, growing—together.
