As part of our growth, we are looking for our future Regional Sales Manager for the Grand Est region.
Within the Sales Department, you will be responsible for prospecting and managing customer accounts in your assigned territory. You will drive product sales by identifying and approaching new customers, presenting our solutions during meetings, and ensuring deal conversion by following up on proposals.
You will convert leads (qualified by the SDR team or directly sourced) into customers. With a strong understanding of both our products and your territory, you will be able to create new business opportunities.
Responsabilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, account management, building new partnerships, and driving direct sales to support the company’s growth and international expansion.
- Market analysis: Define and understand your sales territory, prospects, and competitors
- Prospecting: Identify qualified contacts, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate contract values
- Product promotion: Master the sales pitch in collaboration with Product Marketing and understand product specificities to present them effectively
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms in line with the company’s pricing policy and ensure lead-to-customer conversion
- Reporting: Contribute directly to company revenue through clearly defined quantitative sales objectives
- Insight sharing: Share customer feedback and market insights with Customer Success and Product teams to support product improvement
- Marketing contribution: Leverage your partner network to support and participate in company marketing initiatives
You’re a great fit for this role if:
- You have a proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on prospecting in a fast-growing company—ideally in the healthcare or connected devices sector. You have demonstrated your ability to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business success.
- You are persuasive, engaging, and able to build strong relationships.
- You are fluent in German.
This is a field-based position, ideally located in Strasbourg.
