Are you a dynamic, results-driven field sales professional with a passion for sales growth and a strong interest in the healthcare sector or connected devices? Then this position is for you!
As part of our growth, we are looking for our future Field Sales Representative to support our development and strengthen our sales team.

Within the Sales Department, you will be responsible for prospecting and managing customer accounts in Île-de-France : you will drive product sales by identifying and approaching new clients ; you will present our products during sales meetings and ensure account conversion by following up on submitted proposals.

Your role will be to convert leads (qualified by the SDR team or directly sourced) into customers. Thanks to your in-depth knowledge of our products and your sales territory, you will be able to generate new business opportunities.

Responsabilities

  • Market analysis: Understand and define your commercial area of influence; identify key prospects and analyze competitors to anticipate opportunities.
  • Prospecting: Identify and target qualified contacts; conduct sales meetings, present our solutions, and deliver a compelling sales pitch; manage negotiations and close deals.
  • Product promotion: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and their specific features; deliver a strong sales message aligned with product marketing; promote our solutions to new clients and partners.
  • Negotiation & Conversion: Convert qualified leads (SDR or direct sourcing) into customers; negotiate contract values in line with the company’s pricing policy.
  • Reporting: As the Business Developer role is closely linked to quantitative revenue objectives, you will ensure regular reporting to monitor and drive sales performance.
  • Insights sharing & collaboration: Share field and customer feedback with Customer Success and Product teams to contribute to product improvement; take part in marketing initiatives and leverage your network to promote the brand

You have proven experience in sales, including a strong focus on prospecting, ideally within a fast-growing company in the healthcare or connected devices sector.
You have demonstrated your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business success.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to convince and bring people together.
You are autonomous, persistent, solution-oriented, and driven by challenges.
