Kinvent is looking for an Area Sales Manager / Field Business Developer to develop the Eastern Spain region.
The position can be based in Barcelona or the surrounding area, depending on the profile. The final sales territory may be adjusted later to optimize commercial coverage.

Area Sales Manager Eastern Spain: your mission
Develop your territory as a true market, combining:
- Active prospecting and opening new accounts.
- Site visits and product demonstrations.
- Commercial follow-up and closing opportunities.
- Sustainable development of the region.
You will be part of the Spain Sales Team, working in close collaboration with the Spain Sales Director, as well as the SDR and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsabilities
- Analyze your territory and identify business opportunities.
- Prospect actively via phone, email, LinkedIn, visits, networking, and events.
- Organize sales tours and generate qualified meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and champion Kinvent’s value proposition.
- Manage the full sales cycle through to closing.
- Maintain structured activity, including disciplined CRM use, regular reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Proficiently use digital tools, commercial software, and internal processes.
- Work with structured methods and collaborative tools such as Notion.
- Represent the brand at congresses, trade shows, and events.
Candidate Profile
- Solid experience in B2B field sales.
- “Hunter” profile with a proven ability to open new markets.
- Experience in prospecting and new account development.
- Comfortable with technical products, software, or high-value-added solutions.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and results-oriented.
- High affinity for technology and ease of use with digital tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and changing environment.
- Practical, flexible, and "start-up" mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or sports performance.
- Experience in consultative selling involving product demonstrations.
- Experience working with CRMs, sales software, and tools like Notion.
- Professional English.
- Portuguese is a plus.

Mobility
