Export Sales Representative – LATAM: Responsabilities

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for prospecting, account management, establishing new partnerships, and direct sales to drive company growth and international expansion.

  • Identify and prospect new potential clients to grow the business portfolio
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements in line with company objectives
  • Use CRM tools to track client interactions and manage opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align commercial initiatives and promote our products/services
  • Manage business development projects, ensuring rigorous follow-up on all actions taken
  • Maintain excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to build loyalty with existing clients.

Candidate Profile

You are the right fit for this position if:

  • You have significant experience in business development, sales, or negotiation, specifically in an international B2B environment working with distributors
  • You are proficient in Salesforce as well as other CRM software
  • You possess proven skills in project management and client relationship management
  • You have a very high level of proficiency in English and Spanish
  • You are proactive in developing marketing strategies tailored to market needs
  • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and adaptability
  • You enjoy teamwork.
