Alex Decker, CSCS, is the Managing Partner and Director of Performance at Bridge Physical Therapy & Performance. A former collegiate baseball player at Barry University, Alex has spent over a decade in the performance industry, helping build a national training brand and working with athletes ranging from youth competitors to Olympians.

With experience spanning performance coaching, business leadership, and sports rehabilitation, Alex specializes in applying objective testing and data-driven strategies to optimize performance and guide return-to-play decisions.
